Aaron N. Richardson

Aaron Richardson is a keyboardist, pianist, songwriter, arranger, and producer.  In 1983, at the age of 13,  he started playing the piano for the El Bethel Baptist Church Baptist Training Union (BTU) located in San Franciso, CA.  In 1989, he moved from San Francisco to Southern California, to attend the University of Redlands. 

 

At the University, he studied music and received his Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Accounting.  In 1991, he started playing with Riverside Mass Choir of Riverside, CA.

In 1997, his first studio work was done with Barron Peeler on the album “Pressing On.”  He was the organist in the music video of “Lovely Day” and “Jesus Is More Than Enough” with Michael Jackson’s music director, Wayne Lindsey.  While working on this album, he wrote and recorded his first song, “I Won’t Give Up.”

In 2008, he produced his first album, “Shout O Zion,” featuring recording artist Tony Wilkins.  In 2014, he released his second album, “Oh What a Time,” featuring recording artist Sonya Griffin.

Throughout his career, he performed with well known musicians, such as, Jenifer Lopez’s Music Director, Bryant Seyona; Patty Labelle’s Music Director, Andrew Gouche; Kanye West’s Music Director, Jason White; Beyonce Knowles’s Music Director, Bennett Paysinger; Grammy award winner, Tom Malkiewicz, and well-known gospel producer, Michael Burrell; and many more.

 

He performed with Grammy award winners Tye Tribett, Karen Clark, Mary Mary, Kurt Carr, and Donnie McClurkin. He also performed with the 1991 McDonalds’ Gospel Fest Winners, Community Church of God of Pomona, CA, as well as other renown recording gospel artists including Jay Moss, Kim Burrell, O’Landa Draper, Durward Davis, Charles Jones, and Brent Jones.

 

Aaron has held positions as the keyboardist, organist, music director, and minister of music for music ministries at El Bethel Baptist Church of San Francisco, Greater Faith Baptist Church of San Francisco, New Home Baptist Church of San Francisco, Second Baptist Church of Redlands, Tabernacle Baptist Church of San Bernardino, Community Church of God of Pomona, Sixteenth Street Seventh Day Adventist Church of San Bernardino, Faith Temple of Riverside, Mountainview Community Church of Temecula, New Gethsemane Church of God in Christ of Pomona, Faith Fellowship Bible Church of Corona, Crossword of Riverside and Second Baptist Church of Riverside. 

 

He is presently Minister of Music at Second Birth Church of Riverside, CA.
